We can refuse or stop services if there’s misuse or bad behaviour.

We provide online services including:
Guitar lessons
Musical coaching
Mentoring related to musicianship, creativity, and professional development
Services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed in writing. Session length, format, and scope are defined at the point of booking.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw services at any time.
You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services.
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required before the session.
Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
This section is strict by design.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice = session forfeited.
Failure to attend a session for any reason = no refund, no reschedule.
Arriving late does not extend the session time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show.
If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or credit. No cash refunds are guaranteed.
All sales are final.
Digital content, recordings, and downloads are non-refundable.
Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
Refunds, if offered, are entirely at our discretion.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You are responsible for:
Your instrument, equipment, and internet connection
Being prepared and present for sessions
Applying guidance independently
Progress depends on your effort and circumstances. No outcomes are guaranteed, including improvement, income, career advancement, or personal results.
Coaching and mentoring are educational and advisory only.
They are not therapy, counselling, or medical services.
No diagnosis or treatment is provided.

Clients may not record sessions without prior written consent.
We may record sessions for teaching, review, or quality purposes, with notice.
You agree not to:
Abuse, harass, or behave inappropriately
Share login details or materials
Attempt to interfere with services or systems
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
All services are used at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately for:
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows
Breach of these Terms
No refunds will be issued following termination.
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
